We collect properly prepared garbage, recycling, and organics and transport them to the building’s designated disposal area during scheduled service windows.

  • Green6ix offers customizable collection schedules based on your building’s needs. Service frequency can range from one (1) night per week up to five (5) nights per week.

    Collections take place during designated evening service windows, typically between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, to minimize disruption and maintain a consistent resident experience.

    Property management selects the frequency that best supports resident convenience and operational efficiency.

  • While chutes and centralized bins are standard, valet trash service enhances both the resident experience and overall building operations.

  • Green6ix operates under a hybrid service model designed for flexibility and fairness.

    Property Service Fee:
    The property management or condominium corporation pays a monthly service fee that covers the Green6ix associate’s scheduled service window within the building.

    Resident Waste Collection Fee:
    Residents are charged individually at the time of each pickup. The Green6ix associate collects the waste collection fee directly for each service request. This per-pickup fee covers garbage, recycling, and organics.

    There is no automatic recurring billing to residents.

  • We collect:

    • Garbage

    • Recycling

    • Organics

    Collection is subject to building rules and municipal requirements, including those established by the City of Toronto where applicable.

    Hazardous, oversized, construction, or regulated materials are not collected.

  • Residents are responsible for securely bagging and properly separating waste.

    Green6ix may decline collection of:

    • Leaking or unsealed bags

    • Improperly sorted materials

    • Hazardous or restricted items

  • Residents pay the per-pickup waste collection fee at the time of service. Payments are processed securely, and Green6ix does not store full credit card information.

    The property-level monthly service fee is billed separately to property management or the condominium corporation.

  • We retain limited information such as phone number and suite number for service coordination and repeat service recognition.

    We do not sell or rent personal information. Residents may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”

    Our practices comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

  • Yes. Green6ix maintains appropriate commercial insurance coverage for multi-residential service operations.
