Customized Pickup Schedule
We collaborate with you to create a tailored schedule that meets your building's specific needs, providing consistent service that fits seamlessly into residents' routines.
On-Demand Service
On scheduled pickup days, a Green6ix associate will be onsite for a set period—typically a 4 to 5-hour service window—to collect waste from residents. Residents can easily contact the associate, who will promptly come to their suite to collect the trash.
Resident Waste Collection Fee
The Green6ix associate will collect the waste collection fee directly from residents at their door for each individual pickup. This fee covers trash, recycling, and organics (if the building has an organics program in place), ensuring a seamless and transparent payment process..
Property Service Fee
A monthly fee is charged to property management or the condo board, covering the cost of the Green6ix associate’s on-demand service window.
Efficient Disposal
Once the trash is collected, we ensure it is properly disposed of, maintaining a clean, pleasant environment throughout the building.
